I highly recommend Junior! I came in for a tire repair, and from the moment I arrived, he provided exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Manager, he was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. While my tire was being repaired, they also performed an inspection of my vehicle and let me know about a few repairs that would need attention. I didn't have enough time to get everything done that day, but I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Their pricing was very fair and affordable, which gave me confidence that I'll be returning to have the recommended repairs completed. Junior truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He treats everyone with respect, is knowledgeable, and makes sure you're well taken care of. It's rare to find someone who is both honest and customer-focused. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and I highly recommend asking for Junior if you visit. I'll definitely be back and will continue recommending this business to my family and friends!

I had an amazing experience at American Tire thanks to Junior. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. What really stood out was that after I dropped off my car, he took the time to give me a ride back to work because I had no way to get there. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Junior went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate everything he did. If you’re looking for honest people who treat customers like family, ask for Junior. Thank

Great service at very fair prices! Frankie, the manager in the red vest, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. The entire team replaced my tires quickly, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I really appreciated the honest, stress-free experience. I'll definitely be coming back for future tire service. Highly recommend asking for Frankie!
